About Us

Despite being a relatively new company, we have significant combined experience, over 60 years, in the accountancy and business management professions.
We have sound experience in dealing with small businesses and have a proven track record in the contractors' market and small firms. Our fast growth is testament to this, with the majority of our new business from either from referrals or from clients electing to leave their current accountants in order to join us.
Why us?
Our clients enjoy a unique proactive service that comprises a strategy, management accounts and end of year financial accounts. The strategy is valued by our clients as it provides a tailored tax and business plan for the year in order that they are fully compliant and also as tax-efficient as possible. With regular management accounts through the year, our clients can then see how they are performing compared to this strategy. Also, by using our web-based online accounts package, they have full visibility of the accounts at any time, which is essential when running a competitive business.
We believe in levering technology and being as paperless as possible as part of our business ethos. Our service is supported by a seamless approach from the start of the client companies’ life through all the statutory requirements as they progress through the years.
Our integrated systems mean that we can react quickly to clients’ queries and resolve problems fast. This aim is supported by a minimum hassle and maximum output philosophy from all the team.
The Team
We believe in building a professional team and that they are the most valuable asset our business has. We are committed to a long-term relationship with our staff, which is supported by a training and study programme and a unique, flexible benefits package. As a fast-growing company we also believe in our staff fulfilling their career aspirations with Rodliffe Accounting Limited and its subsidiary companies.
It is also our firm belief that we do not want to employ low paid administrative staff and then pretend that they are accountants. This simply cuts the cost of the service, whilst providing little or no real value added services at all.
